Gems are the main currency used to buy items in the Shop, Global Messaging, upgrading Fishing Rods and Pickaxes, and more. They can be obtained from multiple ways such as Fishing, Mining, killing Netherworld Monsters, and breaking Blocks.

Gems dropped by breaking Blocks, Backgrounds and Props comes in 5 different types. Collecting different types of gems gives different amount of gems.
