The Halloween Event is a yearly event that takes place in Pixel Worlds during the month of October for a duration of 4 weeks. During this event, players can visit the world HALLOWEENCASTLE and give 10 
Lost Souls[1] or 750 gems to the NPC Jacko, allowing them to enter THEBLACKTOWER where they will have to successfully complete parkour modules to have a chance to win prizes, ranging from more common prizes, to the weekly grand prize. Upon completing THEBLACKTOWER, players will get 1 untradeable 
Halloween Candy which can be exchanged with the Candy Demon for different items. 
Fish Bone and 
Zombie Arm can be obtained from Fishing and Pet Adventure respectively during this event.
The grand prize is changed every week, for a total of 4 weeks.
Halloween Event 2017
New Halloween themed prizes were added to the Daily Bonus (
Pumpkin Head) and VIP Daily Bonus (
Dark Cherub Wings).
Lost Souls started to wander in Pixel Worlds. Players could and capture these Lost Souls by waiting for them to spawn throughout worlds in Pixel Worlds. Players had to punch these souls multiple times to collect them. Once a player had 10 Lost Souls, they could give them to the NPC, Jacko located inside the world HALLOWEENCASTLE. This would allow them entry to THEBLACKTOWER. They also had the choice to pay 500 
Gems to enter if desired.
Brand new items such as the

Scythe were added as limited-time prizes obtainable from THEBLACKTOWER.

Pumpkin Warrior Shield) could be purchased from the Candy Demon in exchange for Halloween Candy.
Along with the previous Halloween Familiars, a new 
Bat familiar was introduced to the in-game shop, costing 130,000 Gems (Seasonal Familiar).
A new altar is introduced to the game, the 
Old Altar, obtainable from the Elven Booster. The 
Demon Altar is also updated, allowing for items to be sacrificed for new ones.
Finally, the new item rarity, 
Legendary+ is also introduced.
Halloween Event 2019

Halloween Event 2020
Halloween Event 2020 was aimed towards quality over quantity, thus less items were added this year compared to the past 3 years.

This was both the last seasonal event and the last event to be ever released before the shutdown of Pixel Worlds.
Brand new items such as the 
Pumpkin Blaster, Plant Monster Mask, Lucky the Cat, Dual Sickles, Doll Mask were added as limited-time prizes obtainable from the THEBLACKTOWER.
Brand new Legendary items such as the Dyrad Wings, Spirit Katana, Crimson Locks, and Snail Legs were added as weekly limited-time grand prizes obtainable from THEBLACKTOWER. The new Flesh Wings and Eldritch Card Back items could both be purchased for 999x Halloween Candy.
A new ring was also added, being the Red Ghost Ring. It turns your character into a reddish ghost (Seasonal Item).
Lastly, Lost Souls were added in the Byte Coin store along with other blocks, 10 of each costing 1 Byte Coin.
