The dynamic world HANGAR was introduced during the 1.6.10 patch of the game. It is used for several purposes, such as: being the entrance to the Jet Race, the ability to trade 
Golden Aviation Gears for flying mounts, and redeeming 
Royal Aviation Tokens to redeem a reward from the "Mystery Chest" (located below the entrance portal).
Jet Race
Located to the right of the entrance portal, the Jet Race NPC is used to enter a Jet Race with collectable prizes. Joining the Jet Race requires a dynamic fee, starting at 300 
Gems and increasing further. Players are limited to 10 Jet Races per day, however players with the VIP status may enter the Jet Race 2 more times at the cost of 3,000 Gems per extra race (for a total of 12 races per day).
After paying the entry fee, you are brought to the dynamic dungeon world JETRACE.
Flying Mounts
Located to the left of the entrance portal, the Flying Mounts vendor sells various flying mounts to the player in exchange for Golden Aviation Gears and Gems.

Jet Race Mystery Chest
Located below the entrance portal, the Jet Race Mystery Chest can be opened using 1x Royal Aviation Token to redeem a random prize. This is the only way to obtain 
Silver Aviation Gears and Golden Aviation Gears as well as some flying related wearables. There is also a legendary prize that will change every 3 months.
