Byte Coins were introduced as a new global currency into the game on the 2018 St. Patrick's Update. This currency can be used to purchase and sell things at the 
PWE Terminal or in normal Trade. Players can either purchase Byte Coins with Money from the Gems & Coins Shop
Byte Coins have replaced 
World Lock as a trading currency at 16.6.2021.
